How can I contact you?

You can call, email, or use the secure messaging in your client portal (established clients only – if enabled). Secure messaging is preferred for established clients.

See contact information here.

How do I check in?

There’s no need to check in. All you need to do is show up to the office and hang out in the waiting area. I’ll come out and look for you at your appointment time. Feel free to come down the hall to use the restroom or grab a drink while you wait.

Where is your office located?

The office is located at 1868 N Commerce Dr., Nixa, MO 65714. I do not receive mail/correspondence at that address – please use my mailing address.

Directions

Sometimes the Google directions sends people to the wrong side of the building. Please look for the large “1868” outside our door when you arrive at the business center. If you are coming in the driveway in front of Casey’s keep driving forward towards Safelite. I am located on the left next to Jiffy Grooming (dog groomers). I share this office suite with other clinicians.

Inside, I use office #2. For privacy reasons (unless using the restroom or grabbing a drink), please wait for me in the waiting area.

Why are there so many businesses at this address?

This office space is shared by different clinicians. Most of us are only in the office part-time, so it’s more efficient and budget-friendly to share space.

These clinicians also see clients at the office:

Janet Stark, specialized kinesiologist – owner of Elevated Wellness of the Ozarks

Jenny Parker, MA, LPC, licensed counselor – owner of Wellspring Counseling

Jamie Parsons, MS, LPC, licensed counselor – owner of Jamie Parsons, LLC

Katharine Putman, PsyD, licensed psychologist – president of Life Tree Psychological Services

What is your winter/inclement weather policy?

I will typically remain open during winter weather and you should expect to attend your appointment as scheduled unless you hear from me. I will call with at least one hour’s notice to change appointments, if possible.

I will usually be open during other types of inclement weather (thunderstorms, weather watches/warnings) unless it is unsafe to be in the office or drive to the office. I will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.

You may also contact me, via the client portal or by calling the office, to change your appointment to telephone or video if this feels better for you with unpredictable or potentially dangerous weather. Appointment changes due to inclement weather are not subject to a cancellation fee.
