I’m new, how can I schedule an appointment?

New clients should schedule the 30 minute Connection Appointment so we can meet to see if we would be a good fit. The fastest way is to use my online appointment calendar. You select the type of appointment you want (video, telephone, or in the office) and then choose from available times on my calendar and then it adds your request. You’ll get notified when I confirm your request. The email will come from Gifted Healing at SimplePractice.

You can also call the office or send an email to schedule, but this does not reserve a spot in my calendar automatically and will take longer to get a response or confirmation.


How do I know that my appointment request has been approved?

You will receive an email and/or text confirming your appointment. Emails will come from Gifted Healing at the SimplePractice domain. You can also log into your portal and check your appointments.


How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If it is more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can change it via the portal or your text message confirmation (tap on “cancel/confirm” in the message).

If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, you must call the office or send a secure message to me in the portal.

Fees may apply for late cancellation or excessive rescheduling.


The appointment time I want isn’t on the calendar?

The online calendar shows appointments starting 24 hours from now and 3 months into the future. Only available times are shown on the calendar, so it’s possible the time you want is taken by another client.

If you are in a different time zone, please double check the appointment time as this will affect the times shown.

What time zone are you in?
