Scheduling

Scheduling done online redirects you to the SimplePractice platform. I have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with SimplePractice for HIPAA compliant storage of any information you provide there. Information you provide will be stored for the purposes of providing you with requested services.

If you utilize the telephone to contact me, I have a BAA with RingRx for HIPAA compliant telephone and voicemail services. Voicemail transcript or information from your message or call may be retained in the SimplePractice system for the purpose of documenting scheduling or offering you requested services.

Please keep in mind that communications via email over the internet are not secure. Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that information you include in an email can be intercepted and read by other parties besides the person to whom it is addressed. Please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date, or personal medical information in any emails you send to us. By emailing information to Gifted Healing, you are accepting this risk. No one can diagnose your condition from email or other written communications, and communication via email cannot replace the relationship you have with a physician or another healthcare practitioner.

Testimonials/Reviews

It is unethical for psychologists to solicit testimonials from therapy clients, and for confidentiality reasons it is suggested that past or present clients do not write reviews on any platform.
